This kind of Hot blast furnace is to utilize heat amount in flue gas to heat up air,whose reinforcement of heat transmission relates to enhancement of that from air side and trumeau as well as reduction of dirt thermal resistance .General heat transfer coefficient K reflects their reinforcement degree of heat transmission, and is a significant economic-technical target , which indicates heat exchangers performances. Reinforcing heat transmission mainly is for converting heat transmission and radiant heat transfer.

(1).Reinforcement of converting heat transmission:mainly obtain reinforcement effect from quickening air flow speed, shortening the length of attaching surface layer, roughing solid surface, setting disturbing flow device on solid surface and inside fluid ,widening heat transmission surface in fluid as well as solid surface which is subjected to parallel shock by fluid.

(2).reinforcement of radiant transmission heat: reinforcements are mainly obtained from raising temperature of air flow, roughing solid surface, developing heat transmission surface inside fluid and increase of solid surface etc aspects.
