 DG-200 roller-type granulator uses non-drying process, at room temperature and forming for one time. It can produce 2-6mm irregular particles, Φ3.8-Φ10mm bian spherical particles and various sheet products, a multi-purpose machine.It is widely used in fertilizer, medicine, chemical raw materials such as grain powder, especially for the production of ammonium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, salt, binary and ternary compound fertilizer (nutrient content of 25%53%), mixing fertilizer and other granular fertilizer.

We can produce 30,000-10,000 tons per year of fertilizer production line according to customer requirements, complete sets of equipment process layout of compact, scientific and rational, leading technology, energy saving, environmental protection and non-waste emissions, operation stability and easy maintenance.
